to ammend tae conditions of approval of this subdivision to allow fur
the paving of Ponderosa Drive and 'vergreen Drive to the :nest lir, of
Lots 5 & 13, followed by signs restricting parkin:; onEvergreen Drive.
This would in turn allow room for a ;normal vehicle to make a U-turn
in that area. We will also install a dead-end street sign in the
vicinity of the lot line between Lots 11 & 12, to advise the drivers
of this condition.
The above items were discussed with you yesterday mornlag on the
telephone, and approval of the requested change will allow for this
