ORDINANCE NO. 35, 1981
OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
VACATING A UTILITY EASEMENT LOCATED WITHIN
TRACT C OF EDORA ACRES, FIRST FILING
WHEREAS, the City Council has been petitioned to vacate a utility
easement located in Edora Acres, a planned unit development located in the
northwest quarter of Section 19, Township 7 North, Range 68 West of the 6th
Principal Meridian, City of Fort Collins, Larimer County, Colorado, and
being more particularly described below; and
WHEREAS, said utility easement is not presently needed; and
WHEREAS, it appears that the rights of the residents of the City of
Fort Collins will in no way be prejudiced or injured by the vacation of
said utility easement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that the following utility easement, more particularly described as
follows, to -wit:
Considering the North line of the Northwest Quarter of
Section 19, Township 7 North, Range 68 West of the 6th
P.M., to bear North 89°41'40" East, with all bearings
contained herein relative thereto.
Commencing at the North Quarter Corner at said Section
19, thence South 00039 20 East, 50 feet to a point on
the South right-of-way line of Prospect Road; thence
South 88'59'40" West, 33.58 feet along said right-of-
way line to the Northeast Corner of Edora Acres Planned
Unit Development; thence South 1°00'20"; 150 feet along
the East line of Edora Acres Planned Unit Development
to the true point of beginning of this description;
thence South 89048'46" West, 157.50 feet along the
centerline of a six-foot wide easement.
be, and the same hereby is, abolished, vacated and abated.
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading and ordered pub-
lished this 3rd day of March , A.D., 1981, and to be presented for
final passage on the 17thdaY o__March __, A.D., 1981.
