DEDICATED ON LOT 8 OF THE REPLAT OF DRAKE PARK
WHEREAS, Section 2-353 (4) of the Code of the City of Fort Collins authorizes the
w Planning and Zoning Board to vacate certain rights -of -way, by resolution or by approval
w w of replats containing notation of such vacation; and

N w WHEREAS, the Owner of Lot 8 of the Replat of Drake Park has requested that the
a City vacate a portion of the 6 (six) foot utility easement dedicated on Lot 8 of the Replat of
w the Drake Park and more particularly described on Exhibit A attached; and

0 E- WHEREAS, the vacation request has been reviewed and approved by the pertinent
w City and private utilities, and they report no objections.

NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Planning and Zoning Board of the City
r of Fort Collins, that a portion of the 6 (six) foot utility easement dedicated on Lot 8 of the

Description of Easement to be Vacated:
A tract of land in the East half of Section 26, Township 7 North, Range 69 West of the 6th
Principal Meridian, Larimer County, Colorado.
From the Southeast corner of Lot 8, Drake Park, as platted in said Larimer County;
thence S 90°00'00" W 27.00 feet along the South line of said Lot 8, to the POINT OF
BEGINNING;
thence continuing S 90°00'00" W 58.00 feet;
thence N 00°00'00" E 6.00 feet to the North line of a platted 6.00 feet utility easement,
thence N 90°00'00" E 58.00 feet along said easement line;
thence S 00°00'00" W 6.00 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING, said tract contains
348 square feet more or less.
