simulation. It should be the same rustiterra Gotta color
as the chip in the sign above the canopy, right under the
"XI" in the simulation.
Sheri Wamhoff It appears that patio and the cover extend into the
existing utility easement. The patio is allowed within the
easement area provided the applimnt/owner is aware
and realizes that if a utility needs access to this area
they can dig it up at any time and that the utilities are
not responsible for replacing the patio area or any wails/
fences removed to access or utilize the easement.
The patio cover/ awning is not allowed within the
easement area.
An easement vacation could be applied for. This
process will take about a month and there is no
guarantee that it will be approved. I can provide further
information on this process if you are interested in
pursuing it.
