OF THE PLANNING AND ZONING BOARD
OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
VACATING A PORTION OF THE SIX (6) FOOT
UTILITY EASEMENT DEDICATED ON LOT 6 OF THE CENTRE FOR ADVANCED
TECHNOLOGY P.U.D., SECOND FILING REPLAT
WHEREAS, Section 2-353 (4) of the Code of the City of Fort Collins authorizes the
Planning and Zoning Board to vacate certain rights -of -way, by resolution or by approval
of replats containing notation of such vacation; and
WHEREAS, the Owner of Lot 6 of the Centre for Advanced Technology P.U.D.,
Second Filing Replat has requested that the City vacate a portion of the 6 foot utility
easement dedicated on Lot 6 of the Centre for Advanced Technology P.U.D., Second
Filing Replat and more particularly described below; and
2 WHEREAS, the vacation request has been reviewed and approved by the pertinent
1 City and private utilities, and they report no objections.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Planning and Zoning Board of the City
of Fort Collins, that a portion of the utility easement dedicated on Lot 6 of the Centre for
Advanced Technology P.U.D., Second Filing Replat more particularly described as follows
to wit:

A part of Lot 6 the Centre for Advanced Technology P.U.D., Second Filing
T Replat, City of Fort Collins, County of Larimer, State of Colorado, which is

contained within the boundary lines which begin at the Northeast corner of
said Lot 6 and run thence S00015'22"W 73.00 feet; thence N89044'38"W
Y 6.00 feet; thence N00015'22"E 73.00 feet; thence S89044'38"E 6.00 feet to
r the point of beginning, AND ALSO begin at the Southeast corner of said Lot
6 and run thence N89°44'38"W 6.00 feet; thence N00015'22"E 72.00 feet;
n thence S89°44'38"E 6.00 feet; thence S00°15'22"W 72.00 feet to the point
r of begining.
