1. First party aJrees that said subdivision plat shall be,

(A) To submit to first party the following; detailed

including; the connecting pipelines to the points of connection to the

and fire hydrants.
(2) Plans and profiles of the proposed s:ir..itar-,- sal>:cr
s;;stem including all manholes and connections to the first party's
existing sanitary sewer system.
(3) A plan of the proposed electrical distribute^z
including connectini, lines to the first party's existi.n eleci.-L,.ea
distribution system and including all street
(4) Plans and profiles of all strew iw »eoes_�ents,

system showing the; connections to the first party1s "ystem
and including; all storm sewer inlets and manholes.
(6) Items A(1) to A(5) inclusive are to be financed by tier;
party of the second party excepting only Item (3) electrical distriYutio,.
system. All material required for street lights are to be paiC. r:;r by
the party of the second part to the Light 8c Power Department of Cityo
In the event the City of Fort Collins shall require larger
