Dear Mr. Douglas:
Staff has reviewed the Second Replai•_ of CregarPlaza Subdivision and has the
following comments:
1. Front lot easements need to be increased to 8-feet from 6-feet as shown.
2. The 15-foot: easement already dedicated along Lot 5A needs to be shown.
3. Easements described in the original Cregar Plaza Subdivision need to be
vacated. The applicant needs to submit a letter to the Planning Division
requesting vacation of the easements to be replaced by easements indicated
on the replat. Easements will be vacated by the City Council after the
Planning and Zoning Board acts on the replat.
If you have any questions regarding the above comments, please contact the
Planning Division at 484-4220, ext. 655. A revised plat must be submitted to
the Planning Division by January 11, 1982.
