Dear Tom:
John Gurwell of Gurwell Construction has requested the City of Fort Collins to
allow the installation of PVC Sanitary Sewer Pipe in the Coffee Park Addition
adjacent to the City of Fort Collins.
The City has written preliminary specifications for PVC Sewer Pipe installation
and is allowing the use of this type of pipe on a job -to -job basis. Having
reviewed the subdivision plans for the Coffee Park Addition there appear to be
no problems in allowing PVC on this particular job and therefore approval is
granted.
The installation of this sewer will be inspected by the inspectors for the City
of Fort Collins Engineering Services Division.
Should you have questions concerning this subject, please contact me.
Sincerely,
J
Donald Parsons /
City Engineer
