re: o aur< Fifth and Sixth Filings
Drainage Improvements
Dear Kathy:
Northern Engineering has conducted a field inspection of the
completed drainage improvements at Fairbrooke Fourth, Fifth and
Sixth Filings. Surveys were conducted on November 3 and 13 of the
concrete pans which were installed as part of these projects.
The pan elevations are marked on the attached blueline drawings.
Lot grading was not surveyed as part of this work.
This investigation found the finished construction to be in
substantial compliance with the approved design for the drainage
improvements for this project.
Although the Vee Pans were placed with a depth of 3 1/2
inches, rather than the designed 4 1/2 inches, the attached
calculations show that the pans will carry the required flows for
the 2-year and 100-year storm events.
