Dear Ed:
Staff has reviewed the DDA Parking Garage I, Preliminary PUD and has the
following comments: ,
1. Two parking space striping plans are to be designated on the site plan.
A plan for levels 2 and 3, utilizing onl� 600 stalls should be indi-
cated as well as the scheme utilizing 90 spaces.
2. The final site plan should indicate the following:
a. Hydrants within 500 feet.
b. Building envelope and dimensions.
c. Location of signs.
3. Existing zoning indicated on the site plan is incorrect.
4. The fire department will review the final utility plans to ensure
fire access to the structure.
5. Current elevations are to be submitted for review.
A revised site plan addressing the above comments is to be submitted by Monday,
September 12, 1983. A colored rendering of the plan is to be submitted by
Monday, September 19, 1983.
