Dear Gentlemen,
This letter is regarding the proposed site for Burger Inn at 1298
North College Avenue.
The existing condition of this site is an all paved lot used as a
parking lot. Since the new proposal site plan for Burger Inn PUD
will dedicate 21 percent of the area for landscaping, obviously
this will reduce the impervious area which in turn will reduce the
runoff.
The owner of Burger Inn would like to (based on this assumption)
apply for a variance for a detention pond.
If you have any further questions please do not hesitate to call
or write me.
Sincerely,
tea/'

Re: Burger Inn P.U.D.
Dear Don:
After making a routine inspection on the public right-of-way
improvements done by your subcontractor, Rustco Concrete,
I find that approximately 70-feet of sidewalk adjacent to
College Avenue has settled and has reverse slope on it.
Please be informed that this work is still under the contractor's
guarantee period and should be brought back up to City standards
as soon as possible.
I would be more than happy to meet with Rustco or someone from
your firm to show you the areas that need attention.
If I can be of further assistance, please contact me at 221-6605.
Sincerely,
Crai Farver
Construction Inspector
