Dear Mr. Brenner,
The City Staff has completed its review of Clarendon Hill Patio Homes,
Final, and has the following comments:
1. Please submit another_ copy of the Final Drainage Report (with the
attached Clarendon Hills Report) for our files.
2. Erosion control must be addressed.
3. How will the cul-de-sacs drain? Is there an established swale to take
flow off -site?
4. The City Parks and Recreation will not maintain the landscaping or
detention area. Please place a note on the landscape plan to this
affect.
5. Some of the buildings extend beyond the building envelopes, please
address.
6. All landscaping to be installed or a letter of credit, escrow account,
bond, etc. must be in place prior_ to issuance of a Certificate of Occu-
pancy.
7. Please show the 20' inside radii of the cul-de-sacs.
8. The driveways must be a minimum of 20' in length.
9. Please address the phasing nf the open space landscaping.
10. Please identify on the elevation plan the typical colors of the homes.

Revisions reflecting these comments are due by noon on Wednesday, January
6, 1988. Items that cannot be shown graphically or noted on the plans
should be addressed in writing.
PPTr reductions of all plans, color renderings, and 10 full size copies of
all plans are due by Tuesday, January 19, 1988.
All final documents are due by Thursday, January 21, 1988. The final
documents should include the development agreement, signed mylars, and
signed landscape covenants (a copy is enclosed).

for the cracks in the sidewalks at Ashford Commons. We appreciate
you allowing us to wait until the project is built out in the area
of the fractures to avoid having to possibly replace them twice.
