Dear Mr. B i ngman,
An additional storm sewer inlet will be constructed on Constitution
Avenue to handle the water generated by the apartments to be construc-
ted at West: Elizabeth and Constitution Ave. by Bartran Homes.
Required "No Parking" signs will be installed at appropriated locations
as determined by the City Traffic Engineer at the completion of the
project.

Gentlemen:
The sewer and water lines which were recently installed in
Bartran Apartments Unit Development Plan by Gurwell Construction
Company, are hereby accepted by the City, subject to the one
year warranty by the contractor.

RE: Bartran Apartments ,
We have the following cominents in regard to the unit development plan:
1. The sidewalk trough indicated at the southeast corner of the plan
is not adequate for the drainage and should be redesigned.
2. An additional storm sewer inlet should be constructed to the
existing 24 inch storm sewer in Constitution Avenue to handle the volume of
storm water.
3. To insure fire access, adequate NO PARKING signs should be placed
along the s tru t .
4. Street lights should be indicated on the plan as requested by the
Light and Power Department.
5. We recommend removing two parking spaces to provide better turning
radius at the driveways.
6. Two of the corner.islands should be rounded of to permit easy
turning for the fire trucks - one at the Northwest corner and one at the
Southwest corner.
7. The four foot concrete pan along the south side is not adequate to
handle the drainage from the development.

Dear ir. Bartran:
Pursuant to our conversation iu W2Ek, hdVe COnSLl11 the
Fire Department and Engineering Department regarding their
recommendations on the Barham Apartments Unit Development
Plan.
The Engineering Department advised me that you received from
them a copy of the unit development plan illustrating the;r
comments, which included the following:
1. The sidewalk trough indicated at the southeast corner
of the plan is not adequate for the drainage and should

2. An additional storm sewer inlet should be constructed
