Please clarify on the utility plans. • You will need to obtain an excavation permit for the utility work being performed in the public right-of-way. Please refer to sheet number 8. • Reference the bridge details/infonmation in the plan views. • Please include the following note in the General Notes of the utility plans: After construction of the pedestrian bridge structures, the Developer is required to provide to the City a bridge rating form and related documentation in accordance with federal bridge inspection criteria. • You will need to secure an offsite construction easement for the installation of the pedestrian bridge. Other Notes: Please complete the development agreement information sheet and return it to this office. A DCP will be required for this project. Enclosed with these comments is the DCP application.
