• Please modify the improvements shown along the south property line to match
the plans that RBD prepared for the Front Range Baptist Church. I believe the
utility work has been completed. If so, please show as existing and reference
RBD's plan.',
• Provide copies of all recorded easements for the City's file
• Please complete and return the attached form for the Development Agreement.
• After all comments on redlined plans and typed comments are addressed, the
mylars may be submitted with the next round of review for approval and the
Development Agreement will be prepared. Please follow up with the project
planner to make sure all other P.U.D. documents such as the plat, site plan,
landscape plan, site and landscape covenants, etc. are executed and the mylars
have been turned in for recording. The P.U.D. will be recorded by the project
planner when the utility plans ared approved and the development agreement is
executed.
