Mayor Troxell and City Council Members City Hall 300 Laporte Avenue Fort Collins, CO 80521 RE: 2021 Bud geting For Outcomes Offers September 10, 2020 Fort Collins Downtown Development Authority ("DDA") Board of Directors met on September 10, 2020 and considered how to articulate its support for certain budget offers contained in the City Manager's Recommended 2021 Budget relative to the interests of the DDA organization and the downtown area. On behalf of the DDA Board, we express our sincerest gratitude for the City staff's effort and collaboration with the DDA each budget cycle. We also appreciate the difficult and challenging decisions the City Council must make when considering which budget items most appropriately align with the community's priorities and the funding challenges brought about by COVID. We thank you for your thoughtful deliberations.
