Bottom line Utilities has established a data “dashboard” which helps to represent the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the community and the Utilities organization. The initiative has established an ongoing yet evolving set of metrics. It is intended to support awareness and decision-making for Utilities Senior Staff, the City Manager’s Office and City Council. This Council summary of the dashboard will shift from weekly to monthly. The next summary will be provided on June 18. The weekly dashboard reports will continue and soon be posted on the Utilities website on the Covid response page (pending).
