Per Karen Cumbo, PDT Director, “the City team working on the West Central Area Plan (WCAP) continues to work closely
with CSU staff on the WCAP, CSU Master Plan, and consideration of an on-campus stadium. Although CSU has
completed its Transportation and Parking Master Plan, it has not yet completed its Master Plan update for increased
student enrollment. When it is complete, an analysis of those impacts could be undertaken. At this point, however, we
just don't have enough data to address the CSU growth issue.”

This is great material. Do you have a table that would compare these needs to those needed if the on campus stadium
isn't built but campus redevelopment continues to occur, and a scenario showing CSU achieving their enrollment goals?
