Hi Bob and Darin,
I apologize that I have not responded to your questions. I did not understand that you wanted the response by this
afternoon—I assumed I had 5 days to respond.
Here are the answers to your questions:
Staff spent a great deal of time on this project—I estimate at least 160 hours total. No budget funding was spent on the
project 6that I am aware of—the budget for the entire project came out of specific project funds.
The entire budget for the project was $77,000.
BBC received $55,000 for their work.
I have already sent over the list of organizations that were contacts and who contributed in some way to this project. I
am happy to answer any additional questions regarding that list.

How much of staff time and budget expense was put to this Gap Analysis?
How much did it cost us for BBC Consulting ?
Other than BBC research what other sources did staff get data from?
