Vision Zero Action Plan Seek feedback on the Vision Zero Action Plan. In 2016, Fort Collins was the first public local entity to join the Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT) Moving Towards Zero Deaths initiative. The proclamation reflects the City's commitment to the vision of zero traffic-related fatalities and serious injuries.
