The Recovery Plan Summary is designed to give a brief overview of the adopted City of Fort Collins Resilient Recovery Plan, including the vision, themes, and key outcomes. It is available in both English (Attachment 1) and Spanish (Attachment 2). As a follow up to the engagement that occurred during plan development, staff will share this summary with community partners and stakeholders. The summary will also be posted in Engl Now the Recovery Plan has been adopted and the City is shifting toward implementation, SeonAh Kendall has transitioned from her role as City Recovery Manager back to her previous position in the Economic Health Office. To provide ongoing recovery support and management, a Fiscal Recovery Manager position has been created to focus on Recovery Plan implementation g American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funds. Jo (Joanne) Cech has accepted the role of Fiscal Recovery Manager, reporting to Accounting Director, Blaine Dunn. In addition, Recovery staffing will continue to include the Recovery Policy and Engagement Specialist and a Recovery Data Analyst position is currently being hired. Attachments: 1.
