The purpose of this memo is to respond to Council feedback about adding
neighborhood representatives to the list of listening sessions. The list presented at the
September 21 ad hoc meeting was not all-inclusive but illustrative.
Currently, the staff is preparing a list for Councilmembers to review to ensure all groups
and individuals are considered, and there is a section labeled neighborhood
representatives.
I welcome making sure all suggestions come forward.
