RE: Notice of Tax Settlement per City Code
As required by City Code sec. 25-198(e), I am writing to notify you that I have approved the
settlement of a use tax liability to the City where the City has waived more than $100,000 of
assessed tax, penalties, and interest. Confidential taxpayer information is protected from
release under the City Code, and will be provided under separate, confidential cover. If you
