RE: Agenda Item No. 5, Authorizing Conveyance of a Permanent Non-Exclusive Utility Easement on Property Jointly Owned by the City and the City of Loveland at the Northern Colorado Regional Airport for the Discovery Air Develo pment
The Grant of Utility Easement document is being revised between first and second reading at the request
of the Loveland Power Department to clarify the method by which the easement legal description will be updated as utilities are constructed.
A redlined version of the changes is attached to the Second Reading Agenda Item Summary. A clean
copy of the Easement Agreement is attached hereto.
