Mayor Arndt requested information about how Boards and Commission agendas and meeting times are made available to the public. All boards and commission meetings are listed on a central website for all Boards and Commissions (https://www.fcgov.com/cityclerk/boards.php) in addition to being listed on the City’s online events calendar (http://fcgov.com/events). Each meeting shown on the calendar contains a link which produces a pop-up box that includes all the information related to a specific meeting including date, time, location, contact information, and link to agenda once it has been published. Meetings being held remotely or in a hybrid format also contain a link to zoom meeting information if there are remote options. Regarding the most recent agenda for the Energy Board, which was the board referenced in the public comment, the agenda was provided to the public via the City of Fort Collins webpage in advance of the 24-hour posting deadline. The agenda posted follows the standard agenda template provided by the City Clerk’s Office and posting requirements in the Boards and Commission Manual. It is true that many of the Boards and Commission agendas do not include detailed information regarding topics up for discussion, many only list the main title of the topic. Staff can conduct further follow-up and provide City Council agenda process alternatives for review if requested. /sek
