Attachment: PowerPoint presentation 1041 Regulations Paul Sizemore, Interim CDNS Director May 4, 2021 Resolution Evaluate 1041 Regulations Evaluate feasibility and process for implementing 1041 regulations Evaluate if 1041 regulations allow the City to better achieve its policy and regulatory goals 2 1041 Regulations 1041 Regulations Allow local governments to identify, designate, and regulate areas and activities of state interest through a local permitting process The purpose is to give local governments control over development projects occurring within their jurisdiction even when the project has statewide impacts.
