Metro DPA Down Payment Assistance Partnership (consent) Consider a Resolution allowing residents of Fort Collins to participate in a down payment assistance program administered by the City of Denver. This program expands the range of down payment assistance available in the City to households earning up to $150K (most current programs administered by City partners only go up to 80% AMI) at no cost to the City. Staff Report: Remington Stormwater Project Inform Council about the recently constructed Remington Street Stormwater Outfall Project. REGULAR MEETING Purpose of Item Utilities Income Qualified Assistance Program (IQAP) and Medical Assistance Program (IMAP) Propose code amendments to modify the Income-Qualified Assistance Program (IQAP) to be an “opt-out” program for LEAP enrolled Fort Collins Utilities customers. Additionally, this item proposes sunsetting the Medical Assistance Program (MAP) and merging it with IQAP to streamline the overall administration of Utilities Affordability Programs.
