Phase 1B - Above the Line ●Coloradans age 70+, moderate risk health care workers, first responders, EMS, mental health, dental, and hospice providers, etc. ●Firefighters, police, correctional workers, funeral services Long Term Care Facilities COVID-19 - Status Update In Larimer County: ●54 long term care and other residential facilities were approved for COVID-19 vaccination through the CVS/Walgreens pharmacy partnership ●The 1st round of vaccinations are scheduled to be completed by 1/27/21 at these locations COVID-19 Vaccine Allocation COVID-19 - Status Update CDPHE Vaccine Allocation in Colorado: ●50% to hospitals and large health systems ●20% to Federally Qualified Health Centers ●20% to pharmacies ●10% to local public health agencies Vaccine 1A/1B Responsibilities COVID-19 - Status Update Outstanding highest risk healthcare workers in Phase 1A Moderate risk health care workers in Phase 1B First responders in Phase 1B (hospitals, health systems, pharmacies, safety net clinics) People 70 years and older Phase 1A: Estimated Number in CO COVID-19 - Status Update Phase 1B: Estimated Number in CO COVID-19 - Status Update COVID-19 Vaccine Update COVID-19 - Status Update Larimer County is Making Progress COVID-19 - Status Update COVID-19 Vaccine Doses Received COVID-19 - Status Update First 17,584 Both 3,920 21,504 COVID-19 immunizations administered in Larimer County Updated 1/18/2021 5.3% of Larimer residents have received at least one dose of the vaccine. COVID-19 Vaccine Best Practices COVID-19 - Status Update ●Administer two doses of Moderna and Pfizer to every recipient eligible 21 days post initial shot for Pfizer and 28 days post initial shot for Moderna vaccines ●Providers administering vaccine are being asked to maximize efficiency and ensure that second doses that are not needed for a given week are not held back, but instead are given as first doses.
