Staff Report: Remington Stormwater Project Inform Council about the recently constructed Remington Street Stormwater Outfall Project. Metro DPA Down payment Assistance Partnership Consider a Resolution allowing residents of Fort Collins to participate in a down payment assistance program administered by the City of Denver. This program expands the range of down payment assistance available in the City to households earning up to $150K (most current programs administered by City partners only go up to 80% AMI) at no cost to the City. REGULAR MEETING Purpose of Item Utilities Income Qualified Assistance Program (IQAP) and Medical Assistance Program (IMAP) Propose code amendments to modify the Income-Qualified Assistance Program (IQAP) to be an “opt-out” program for LEAP enrolled Fort Collins Utilities customers.
