Commission Decision
In response to discussion by the Leadership Planning Team on November 30, 2020,
staff has updated the presentation for Agenda Item #25 regarding the appeal of a
Landmark Preservation Commission (LPC) decision determining that 724 and 726
South College Avenue are Eligible for Designation as a Fort Collins Landmark.
The presentation has been amended to include a new slide #5 outlining the next steps
for the appellant based on whether Council decides to uphold or overturn the LPC
decision.
