Utilities Income Qualified Assistance Program (IQAP) and Medical Assistance Program (IMAP) Propose code amendments to modify the Income-Qualified Assistance Program (IQAP) to be an “opt-out” program for LEAP enrolled Fort Collins Utilities customers.
