Staff Report: Wildfire Smoke Resiliency Efforts Provide an overview of City efforts to better prepare for and respond to potential air quality

Utilities Income Qualified Assistance Program (IQAP) and
Medical Assistance Program (IMAP)
Propose code amendments to modify the Income-Qualified Assistance Program (IQAP) to be an
“opt-out” program for LEAP enrolled Fort Collins Utilities customers. Additionally, this item
proposes sunsetting the Medical Assistance Program (MAP) and merging it with IQAP to
streamline the overall administration of Utilities Affordability Programs.
