Subscribers Payable Solely from the
Revenues of the Electric Utility Enterprise
(Second Reading)
Authorize agreements acquiring video content for the telecommunications utility to be offered
to subscribers purchasing video services. Such agreements are only available from certain
providers under terms and conditions set forth in their standard form contracts, which in many
cases may constitute a multi-year fiscal obligation. The Electric Utility Enterprise is authorized
by state law, Charter Art. V §19.4 and Art. XII §6 and City Code §26-392 to issue revenue
bonds or other obligations (such as multi-year fiscal obligations under a contract) payable solely
from the revenues of the Electric Utility Enterprise.

Climate Action Plan (CAP) Annual
Update
Review the outcomes of the City’s climate efforts in 2018 and to look forward to 2019-2020
with the update to the CAP and Energy Policy. 2018 inventory results will be reviewed and
community stories will be highlighted. Looking forward, staff will share the updated
projections for meeting the 2020 goals, seek direction on the scope of the CAP and Energy
Policy update, share 2019 community and business engagement plans, and provide an update on
the implementation of the 100% Renewable Electricity Resolution.
