Waterfield Development Agreement Present City Council with a Development Agreement, as required in the Waterfield Metropolitan District Nos. 1-3 Service Plan securing the public benefits described in that same plan. This development agreement will be combined with the development agreement generated administratively as part of the Development Review process and have the same effect and impact on the property owner/development. Mulberry Metro District Consider approval of the Mulberry Metropolitan District Nos. 1 through 6 Consolidated Service Plan.
