From: JP Cook [mailto:jp@tmharley.com] Sent: Thursday, December 07, 2017 11:27 AM To: Spencer Branson <sbranson@fcgov.com>; Clark Mapes <CMAPES@fcgov.com> Subject: FW: Montava Hearing I am not able to make the hearing about development of this land and would just like to express my opinion. I really DO NOT want this land to be developed, I do not endorse more exposure to environmental hazards in the area. Developing this area is going to consume large quantities of physical resources, as well as loss of amenity and biodiversity in the area. The farm land is a beautiful, you’re ruining the beautiful views for home owners!! Also the development is going to mean more traffic, more construction, more inconvenience for home owner’s in the area, I’d imagine it is significantly decrease home values as well. I am completely against it, I hope more home owner’s in the Maple Hill area express their concern with the development as well. Thank you J.P.
