Healthy Homes
Program began in June 2011 and has assessed
570 homes, impacting 1,960 residents.

sustainable living practices.

improvement initiatives.

resiliency for changes in climate.
What is the Healthy Homes Program
• Free service to the residents
• Indoor air quality assessments – 1 -1 ½ hours
• Provides no-cost or low cost recommendations
• Follow up 1 week, 2 month and 6 month increments
• 84% Compliance with the top three recommendations
• Major focus on outreach to homes who have children
with asthma, the elderly and underserved populations
