specifically, “With Mayor Pro Tem Horak, attended a PRPA meeting on Sunday. Congressman

Net Metering Rate
Net metering service is available to a customer-generator producing electric energy with a
qualifying facility and technology that meets the following two (2) criteria:
1. the qualifying facility is sized to supply no more than one hundred twenty (120)
percent of the customer-generator's average annual electricity consumption at that
site, including all contiguous property owned or leased by the customer-generator,
without regard to interruptions in contiguity caused by easements, public
thoroughfares, transportation rights-of-way or utility rights-of-way; and
2. the rated capacity of the qualifying facility does not exceed the customer-generator's
service entrance capacity.
Consumption of energy for net metering customers will be measured on a monthly basis and
billed at the applicable seasonal tiered rate. Excess energy produced and delivered to the utility
will be credited based on the Net Metering Credits. For instance a residential customer will
receive a credit of $0.0870 per kWh.
