Novak, Retreat Facilitator Re: Retreat Preparation and Agenda I look forward to being with you all on April 2. The meeting will provide an opportunity for the Mayor and Council to discuss emerging priorities in the context of the strategic plan and your upcoming 2017-2018 Budget process. In preparation for our session on April 2 you will spend time together in a work session on March 22 reviewing proposed updates to the strategic plan. That and your current priorities provide the backdrop for you to consider new priorities and initiatives. A worksheet for you to use in brainstorming priorities is attached —you will recognize the format from what we used in 2015. 1776McntorAve. I Clnclnnati3Oh1o45212I S13-221.0500 thenovakconsultinggroup.com 2 Initiatives and Priorities Strategic Outcome Area Policy Project Adjustment Economic Health Transportation Safe Community Community and Neighborhood Livability Culture and Recreation Environmental Health High Performing Government 1776 Mentor Ave. I Cincinnati, Ohio 45212 1513-221.0500 thenovakconsultinggroup.com 3 FORT COLLINS, COLORADO CITY COUNCIL RETREAT AGENDA Retreat Goals: • Develop a shared understanding of progress made to date on existing Council priorities. • Identify emerging priorities for the upcoming BFO process SATURDAY, APRIL 2, 2016 RETREAT 8:00 AM TO 1:00 PM (BREAKFAST AVAILABLE AT 7:30 AM) ROCKY MOUNTAIN INNOSPHERE, NORTH CONFERENCE Room, 320 E.
