The City of Fort Collins continues to improve as an organization and Council is a large part of that work. It’s not just how many ordinances are passed (although that list is impressive.) The more impressive work is the steering, guiding, and continued attention to making this community the best it can be. Beyond the work plan initiatives and budget work, this Council should be recognized for driving the creation of the first City Strategic Plan. This effort and plan have been instrumental in creating greater systematic alignment throughout the organization and ultimately resulting in quality services for citizens. This Council passed over 300 ordinances and over 200 resolutions during their term.
