Per Amy Sharkey, Compensation, Benefits and HRIS Manager, the estimated cost of adding hourly employees to the
Employee Wellness Center "would depend on the number of hourly employees who actually participate. Presuming
50% participation of the City's hourly employees, the additional annual cost would be approximately $240,000. There is
also the potential that an additional Physician's Assistant would need to be hired, adding to the cost, in order to handle
the increased usage of the Employee Wellness Center."
