General Fund support of the CDBG process:

The Competitive Process uses both General Fund dollars and federal funds. In the spring process we have $640,334
from the General Fund, Human Services Program (HSP) and Keep Fort Collins Great (KFCG). A small portion of salaries
for three Social Sustainability staff members who are involved with the grants management comes from the General
Fund. The City received $995,649 in CDBG funds for 2013.

Question in advance for tonight: do we provide general fund dollars (either as grants or as staff time) to our regular CDBG
process? If so, how much? And how much federal money did we get for CDBG the most recent time around?
