The staff person making a presentation should ensure in advance of the meeting that they
are familiar with the operation of the equipment in the Council Chamber and that it is
functioning properly. Contact Cable 14 staff for assistance.
If the item was discussed at a work session, the post work session staff summary MUST
be included with AIS.
Any staff person bringing agreements or leases for Council approval is responsible for
gathering the signatures on those agreements or leases. The Clerk’s Office needs one
original for its records.
