This is a request to build 76 single family homes in
similar layout to the original Storybook 2nd Filing,
located northeast of the intersection of Mountain
Vista Drive and Turnberry Road. The single family
homes would be a mix of single family attached and
single family detached units. Portions of the site
already contain improvements (e.g. road, sidewalk).
The site is located in the Low Density Mixed-Use
Neighborhood (L-M-N) Zone District. Single family
homes are subject to Administrative (Type 1) review
in the L-M-N Zone District.
