Enterprise Board.
While there is no legal requirement that a Board specifically approve the minutes, we would like

C) ITEMS FOR CONSIDERATION
1. Consideration and Approval of the Minutes of the September 16, 2025, Board
Meeting.
The purpose of this item is to approve the minutes of the September 16, 2025, Board
Meeting.
No public comment or Councilmember discussion.
Vice President Francis made a motion to approve the September 16, 2025,
minutes. The motion was seconded by Boardmember Potyondy.
MOTION CARRIED 7-0
2. Second Reading of Ordinance No. 018, Authorizing an Amended and Restated
Contract with Platte River Power Authority for the Supply of Electric Power and
Energy.
This Ordinance, unanimously adopted on First Reading on September 16, 2025, extends
and makes modifications to the Power Supply Agreement (“PSA”) with Platte River
Power Authority (“Platte River”).
No public comment.
Mayor Arndt offered information related to bonds and noted that this agreement to extend
for 50 years will make a big difference for ratepayers in keeping rates low.
Vice President Francis made a motion to adopt Ordinance No. 018 on Second
Reading, Authorizing an Amended and Restated Contract with Platte River Power

Authority for the Supply of Electric Power and Energy. The motion was seconded
by Boardmember Canonico.
MOTION CARRIED 7-0
AYES: President Arndt, Vice President Francis, Boardmembers Ohlson,
Potyondy, Canonico, and Gutowsky.
NAYS: None.

The meeting adjourned at 7:02 PM.
