While the Board does not have enough information to endorse such a proposal, as there are many details to be worked out, we do feel that it is worth further study. The AQAB therefore recommends that City Council direct staff to examine the LMUF, including the various options for its implementation, and report back to Council with their findings. Should such a proposal be feasible, it could be a great catalyst to help Fort Collins reach its greenhouse gas emissions goals. Thank you for considering this letter of recommendation and for all that you do for the City. Respectfully, The Air Quality Advisory Board
