BOTTOM LINE
The purpose of this memo is to provide clarification regarding weekend service of the FLEX
regional route based on discussion regarding FASTER Transit Funding for the FLEX Regional
Route at the Leadership Planning Meeting on March 17, 2025.
FOLLOW-UP ITEMS
The Agenda Item Summary (AIS) submitted for the March 18, 2025 regular City Council Meeting
stated: Beginning in 2021 FLEX service was expanded to add an additional mid-day round trip
on weekdays and weekend service to Boulder with two morning trips and two evening trips on
Saturday and Sunday.
The reference to Sunday service on FLEX to Boulder was an oversight by staff when the AIS
was submitted. FLEX regional route operates weekend service on Saturdays only, with four (4)
round trips to Boulder.
