The HUD funds are paired with City dollars (Human Service Program funds of $7 70,000, Affordable Housing Funds of $525,000, and Homelessness funds of $270,000 ) and allocated annually through the Competitive Process. The Competitive Process uses the Housing Strategic Plan, the ConPlan, and the Human Services and Homelessness Priorities Platform to guide funding decisions.
