Service Change Process Service changes are performed generally on an annual basis to provide a robust process for public interaction and feedback. Changes are performed in August to align with PSD and CSU school schedules. Additional changes may be made in January to align with external service partners. Opportunities for route improvements are identified through feedback from passengers, partner organizations, and stakeholders as well as internal performance analysis. Proposed Solution Transfort has developed a cost-neutral option that will improve the reliability and safe operations of the FLEX regional connector route, without eliminating any service area from the existing transit network. These changes are intended to make use of the new transit center built in Loveland and provide additional transit options for FLEX passengers. Minor time adjustments are proposed to enhance connections with the City of Loveland (COLT) routes in Loveland and RTD routes in Longmont.
