Active Modes Plan Consider adoption of the Active Modes Plan. The plan will combine and update the
City's 2011 Pedestrian Plan and 2014 Bicycle Plan and incorporate not only pedestrians
and bicyclists, but also micromobility devices such as electric scooters and skateboards.
Key opportunities to significantly improve and expand the City's existing active modes
networks, support facilities, policies, and programs will be identified.
• Transportation 6.3 - Invest in equitable access to, and expansion of, all
sustainable modes of travel with emphasis on growing transit ridership.

Vision Zero Action Plan Seek feedback on the Vision Zero Action Plan. In 2016, Fort Collins was the first public
local entity to join the Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT) Moving
Towards Zero Deaths initiative. The proclamation reflects the City's commitment to the
vision of zero traffic-related fatalities and serious injuries. The Vision Zero Action Plan
will include a broad range of multidisciplinary strategies detailing how the City can
move toward zero serious injuries and fatalities resulting from crashes.
