a. Unanimous approval of minutes.

i. HB22-1106 – (Concealed Handguns on School grounds) Not expected to move forward.
ii. HB22-1134 – (Measures to Reduce Single-use Meal Accessories) No longer active.
iii. HB22-1152 – (Prohibit Employer Adverse Action Marijuana Use) May be turned into a task
force. Historically, the City has opposed bills similar to this one.
• Continue monitoring.
iv. HB22-1159 – (Waste Diversion and Circular Economy Development Center)
• Council Member Peel requested additional information.
