There are now well over 300 bills introduced. The main bill tracker can be found at the link below. Staff has also created a "Hot List" tracker which is a shorter list and will be used at the LRC meeting. Staff continues to watch for the introduction of a Collective Bargaining bill. The Expanded Retailer Responsibility bill has now been introduced as HB 1159: Waste Diversion And Circular Economy Development Center. Legislative Review Committee (LRC) meetings are scheduled from 3:00-4:OOPM via Zoom on the following dates: February 22 March 22 April 19 Additional LRC meetings will be scheduled if and as necessary. Concerning allowing concealed handgun permit holders to carry concealed handguns on school grounds. Concerning measures to reduce the use of single -use meal accessories. Concerning the creation of programs to reduce the number of single -occupancy vehicle commuter trips by improving access to alternative transportation options. Concerning the creation of an extended service hours permit to allow specified persons licensed to sell alcohol beverages to operate during extended hours. Concerning measures to incentivize water -wise landscapes, and, in connection therewith, creating a state program to finance the voluntary replacement of irrigated turf.
